I have a workflow that sends an email to the user with a link to a CRM record. I use the workflow to insert that link. The problem however is that we have 2 urls and we primary use the internal link, so the user is logged in directly through single signon. But the workflow adds the link with the external link to the email and when the user click on the url he have to enter login details. How can I change this so the internal link is used instead?
- Internal link --> https://crm.mycompany.com (Single signon)
- External link --> https://internalcrm.mycompany.com (Required to enter login details each time)
