Information on New Features introduced via Update Rollup patch

We are on the 2013 version of dynamics and are now planning to update the version with more recent rollup updates and looking at the release page I can see that while the information on fixes provided by update are available, there is no information on new features introduced. For example after installing the 'Update Rollup 4' I notice that the export to excel now has the new features of support for .xlsx ..etc the detail of which I cannot find anywhere on this page

Would someone be kind enough to let me know where I can look for this kind of detail on new features/changes that we can expect if we apply this patch which would obviously affect users/development or a general pointer to where this kind of information can be found ?
