CRM 365 Appointment form is not getting opened in the IE browser

Hello All Experts,

I am having account entity form on which activity subgrid is there.

after clicking on the + button and selecting the Appointment entity form the form do not loading correctly.

nothing is visible except for url . everything is blank.
