Duplicate Detection rule for Account getting unpublished when Auditing is turned off for Account entity

Hi,

We have a duplicate detection rules for the Account and Contact entities. We also have an Azure Logic App that disables auditing for these 2 entities at 2am for around 5 minutes (can be longer or shorter depending of the number of files being processed) The duplicate rule seems to be getting unpublished for the Account entity when the auditing for Account is disabled (which we don't want)  but the contact rule remains published. Currently we have to publish the account rule every morning. 

Any ideas why this would happen and why it happens tot he Account entity only
