Automatic match data Nav and CRM

Hi,

We are upgrading a client to NAV 2018 and CRM 2016. We are trying to synch data between the 2 applications using the Dynamics 365 connector setup. We basically have data in both softwares, I would like to match the Customer in Nav to my Account in CRM without coupling the records manually. Is there a way that this can be done automatically based on Account number?
