Error in CRM mobile app

In d365 mobile app, when we click on new record for an custom entity it throws an error. When we enabled tracing in event viewer , detailed error is

CONSOLE6002 : Dynamics CRM [PAL] | [actions] DynamicsAction has failed. Error message:

Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or restart the app. Error code: 0x0

Please help on this. We can view saved record but for creating new one it throws an error. Is this error belongs to OOB action or what?
