How to filter the two forms

On the case form i setup a button on the ribbon and i add a  field on the form contains (ex: one and two) and when i click the button  it show up another form 1. And is there a way that when i select the one value on the field it will show up the form 1 and when i select the two value on the field it will show up the form 2? can anyone help me or provide me some option on how to do it?
