Hi All ,
When i assign any role like ( System Administrator , SalesPerson ) security role to the default team and not assigning any other role to the CRM user. Then the CRM user has no access to the OOTB entities example accounts, contacts etc The user is only able to access custom entities. However, when we assign an additional role for example Sales Person role to the CRM user in addition to role provided at default team, then user is able to access OOTB entities like account , contact etc.
Could anyone please get me understand why the user is not inheriting the permission form Team which he is part of , if the role is provide at team level not at user level.
