Is it possible for a field of a record within a subgrid to be editable depending on a value of another field

Is it possible for a field of a record within a subgrid to be editable depending on a value of another field within the subgrid?

For example, if a field within the subgrid called Editable = Yes, then the field within subgrid with a numeric value becomes editable.
