Some quick create forms not working on mobile version but work on desktop app

On the mobile app I have 2 sub grids on the opportunities entity, which I have enabled for quick create but when I go to add a new record it takes me to the main form rather than a quick create. On the image below you can see 3 sub grids with circles on them. Circled in blue is the appointment entity, which works and allows me to quick create but offers (custom entity) takes me to a new form. Applicants (custom entity) doesn't even have the option to add a record. 

Below is the desktop version and all sub grids work. 

Anyone know why this would be?
