Odata showing error after switching the Portal to new D365 Instance.

I am working in a project which uses Custom Portal with Customer Audience. We do switched the D365 Instance URL to the new one recently, After this I couldn't see the odata feed even after enabling the Odata setting for any Entity List. Showing the below error in browser.

Do anyone else facing the same? Please help me out.
