We are currently evaluating marketing automation solutions for our organization, which is a seasoned manufacturing org of about 1,400 employees with a large global footprint (though largest market in the US). We are a small marketing ops team and need a solution that isn't too robust, and is still easy to use, while giving us solid email, analytics, and lead management functionality (can elaborate further if necessary).
My questions:
- We are currently evaluating primarily ClickDimensions and Act-On. Any suggestions/feedback on either one?
- The main issue we're running into with ClickDimensions is the need to have a CRM license for every ClickDimensions user, which could get expensive. Has anyone found a way to help mitigate/work around this cost?
- Any other marketing automation solutions you'd recommend?
