Hi Everyone,
I want to know if there is a way to integrate Microsoft Flow with On Premise CRM 2016 so that CRM triggers the SMS and message is sent to Twilio using Dynamics Flow.
In the blog mentioned below they have leveraged out-of-box Twilio connecter with Microsoft Flow to integrate with Dynamics 365 for sales

Can we achieve the same with On Premise CRM?
If Flow can't support connection to On Premise CRM, Can anyone suggest alternate ways of doing this?
