Hi, I have a user who is attempting to navigate to the a portal from within CRM to enter a service, and is getting an error on load: F12 Diagnostic tool shows me the error as:
"Exception in window.onload: Error: An error has occurredJSplugin.3005 (see attached file also for more info).
This is critical because the user need to enter these services to be billed ASAP.
Any ideas on a resolution? The user has tried in IE and Chrome browsers.
