Yammer integration for Dynamics CRM 2016 (8.1.1.1005) On Premises

Hello,

I'm trying to setup Yammer integration with a CRM 2016 On-Prem.

According the following article, CRM 2016 On-Prem is compatible with Yammer, we just need to disable the secure channel HTTPS (this has been done).

However, according this other article, Yammer is only available for Dynamics 365 Online : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/admin/connect-yammer

When trying to configure Yammer integration from CRM 2016, the first step of the configuration ("Authorize CRM OnPremise to connect to Yammer") returns the error "The server refuses to fulfill the request". And the trace logs from CRM are indicating a "403 Forbidden" error.

Is Yammer still compatible with CRM 2016 On-Prem ?
