I did some customization on 'Cancel" button on case entity, my requirement was to check are there any active associated records available when cancelling. If there are any active records are there it should stop cancelling the record(should be in active state), else should get cancel(inactive). The notification is received when there are associated active records, but when there are no associated records or active associated records then the button is not working properly. at the same time if i click on some other button(like Assign) & then click "cancel" button then it works fine.
