Process not setting field values on field change

I created a new CRM Process

Set it to run after field change and selected a lookup field

I also changed the workflow to real-time workflow

But the workflow  is setting the field values only when I click on save and not as I change the value of the lookup field

What should I change to make the workflow modify values as the value of the lookup is changed
