Voice of the Customer survey responses returning to the wrong instance

I have a production and UAT instance of Dynamics 365 which have VOC installed and when a survey is completed on the production environment the survey response returns to the UAT instance. For some reason both instances have the same VOC organisation id. Has anyone came across this issue before and know how to resolve it.
