Append Grid not loading in CRM D365 V9.0.2

Dear all,

i am using the Append Grid 1.7.1.js for the CRM D365 V9.0.2(version), and suddenly it stopped working from this week ,hence it is sandbox instance, so please any one can help me to resolve the mentioned issue.
