Hello everyone,
Just a question / need for advice ,
With Dynamics 365 I can see now there is a lot of possibilities around the process bar (launching different workflows) + the new abandon button.
We tended to use more the status reason to create our view and see our sales pipelines (with the process bar updating via script the status reason which was locked + a custom close object button updating the status reason for the lost or won objects).
What is the best practice now ?
Do everything via the process bar + the abandon button ?
