Make Default Solution read-only

Hi,

in our team we make often the mistake that changes are not done in the specific solution but in the "default solution".
There is it hard to unroll changes or to track them somehow.

So is it possible to make the "default solution" read-only so nobody (or just a limited number of people) can make changes to it?
