I would like to create a workflow that checks the condition of the field, and if true opens a link in a separate tab to a specific URL.
As a background when we have an Opportunity with a Corporate customer we sometimes send a branded hardcopy proposal. What I want to do is create a field called 'Corp Proposal Required' that only shows when the 'Organisation Type' field is equal to 'Corporate'. If selected I want a workflow to open a new window to a URL where they can complete the request form that has already been create by our Marketing department.
Is this something that I can achieve within a Workflow?
