Troubles in Internet Explorer with drop down list

The problems occur with a form in a web page in portals. In this page there is a form that have troubles with dropdownlists that have only function in bring data of an entity CRM, but in internet explorer 11 the dropdown list charge slowly and finally  block and I can’t select nothing and stays in the screen until I have reload o close session in the pc.
