IE10 Spell Checking

Hi,

Something that keeps cropping up amongst our end users is the ability to spell check CRM fields. I notice that with IE10 spell checking works within 'Multiple Lines of Texts' fields which is perfect however this does not work when using the Outlook client to open up a record (which our users do). Is there a way around this to get this IE10 functionality working from the Outlook client?
