Help in creating plugin

I need help to create pluggin on a custom entity say - "caling entity". and there is a field called Regarding. Whenever the regarding objectid is changed , see which entity its refering to, contact or account. (Both have regarding information) and from there pull the information of two common fields - abc and def.

Please help me, its very urgently needed and I am new to plugin.
