Migrate parts/components of a solution, NOT THE ENTIRE SOLUTION

dear all

can i migrate (export/import) one or X number of components (like workflow, business rule,optionset, or webresource...etc) from one dynamics instance to another dynamics instance without migrating the entire solution?
