I'd like to know specifically...how you customise the activities part of the social pane/activity feed.
All I'm looking to do is increase the options from 'add phone call' and 'add task' to include things like 'add appointment' i'd also like to add a time and date of when a phone call took place, if the add phone call button is used a few days after the phone call took place.
The guides to the activity feeds available online, are useless at best. We are running CRM 2011 UR12 hosted on Cloud. Any straightforward help is greatly appreciated!
