Has anyone had the below issue?
The environment is Dynamics 365 CRM Online, version number: 1612 (9.0.2.758) (DB 9.0.2.758)
We have had an issue while applying a patch to a managed solution that contains customisations, forms and fields (that has no plugins or workflows). The import took around 30 minutes and then failed with this error: AttributeLookupValueUninstallHandler.DeleteComponent should never be called. Attribute lookup values should be deleted by Attribute.Delete.
We have been told by Microsoft that we need to engage them directly to rectify this error while deploying solutions on this particular environment. I'd be interested to understand whether anyone else has experienced this issue and what approach you took in addressing it.
We have applied a patch to a different managed solution upgrade that only contains workflows and plugins which was applied without any issue/error.
