How to make the Table of Contents automatically update when generating Word Template in CRM?

Hie.

I have created a Word template to be generated for a custom entity in CRM. In the actual template, the Table of Contents works perfectly fine, but, when I I upload and generate the template for a record, the Table of Contents is not getting automatically updated. Is there a way I can make the automatic update of the Table of Contents happen?
