BPF Stage-Gating with multi-option select

Hello, I'm trying to stage-gate on an Opportunity field with multiple options, where one option will allow the user to move to the next stage, but the other two options do not allow them to move forward.

Ex:

1. Positive Test (unlock next stage)

2. Negative, Further Testing Started (do not unlock next stage)

3. Negative, No Further Testing (do not unlock next stage and fire Close as Lost)

Since I can only make one negative a value of 0 I can't stop the stage advance on the other Negative. Is this possible?
