Change tab and fields based on Business Process Flow

Hi,

Based on business process flow (BPF), i would like to change the Tab,Section and field.

Example: a optionset field has 3 option (Sales Query, Support Query and Issues)

When selecting "Sales Query" only required tab and fields should appear and same for other 2 options.

I know there is a option in BPF called "Visibility" but this job is tough to do because each filed should set YES/No to appear, Is there any other way to do this ?
