Display a tooltip outside of an iframe

Hello everyone,

I am in an CRM development intership. In my accounts form, i have an iframe which displays some windows-like UI tiles through a webpage, and each one has information about a specific attribute. Each tile shows the information of a javascript object, and inside that object i there's and property called ExtraInfo, which i'll use to show more information regarding that tile. I am thinking of doing this with a tooltip, and the problem is that the tooltip stays inside the iframe, making it not completely visible. Is it possible to make it visible such as this? Or the CRM DOM doesn't allow it?
