System admin unable to download template for import data

I just updated managed solution in our crm system using import solution. Once the process done, there are some entities that i can't download its template though my role is system admin. When i tried to download the template from: 

IMPORT DATA -> Download Template For Import

there an error :

Invalid User Authorization

The user authentication passed to the platform is not valid.

I dont have any idea why this problem occurs after i update the managed solution. Need your help.
