Error During Solution Import - Some field security permissions could not be imported because the following fields are not securable: :

Hi All,

I am getting the following error while importing FieldSecurityProfiles-

Some field security permissions could not be imported because the following fields are not securable: <EntityName>:<SecuredFieldName>

The field is enabled for Field Security. 

Any insight will be appreciated.
