how to LOOKUP CONTROL add in entities.

Hi ALL,

I have implemented some JavaScript into one of my entities to auto-fill a lookup field. It is on the opportunity entity so can't use.I have set following entities as per my screen short.but my question is how to add opportunity entity in this lookup?

is it possible in CRM ?
