Create Opportunity from other entity A(Opportunity got multiple forms and from that particular entity A user should be able to create two different opportunities(mean opportunity forms) . Is there any way to create multiple relations in entity A.

Create Opportunity from other entity A(Opportunity got multiple forms and from that particular entity A user should be able to create two different opportunities(mean opportunity forms) . Is there any way to create multiple relations in entity A. One relation is two Create Opportunity form A and Another relation to create Opportunity form B. Or any alternative solutions? (like Creating a button in Entity A to create particular opportunity form?)
