When my users use advanced find option of our On-Premises Dynamics CRM 2016 to search Custom Entities the 'List Tools' TAB/RIBBON is not displayed. My users CANNOT access any of the functionality of this TAB/RIBBON. This functionality is crucial to my users. Has anyone encountered this issue and if so how was it resolved please?
