Dynamics 365 - Email to Case is creating Contacts where Last = lastname, firstname and firstname is blank - How do I fix?

For my Record Creation and Update Rule:

1. Under the 'Specify Conditions for Record Creation' section, the 'Create records for emails for unknown senders' option is not checked. However, this still means if the Account is a valid and an email comes in from a person that is not a Contact in the system yet, we do want that Contact to be created....which it does.
2. When it creates this Contact, it creates the Contact with a blank First Name and the Last Name formatted as 'lastname, firstname' and no relationship to the Account.

My question is...

Can I make it create the Contact the correct way via Workflow or Flow? I'm trying not to use development if possible.

First Name = firstname

Last Name = lastname

Account = account

Email = email

Full Name = fullname
