Hide fields in adavance Find

What are possible ways to hide fields from specific user in Advance Find.
Fist we can edit field and set Searchable to No. then no user will be able see in Advance Find. But in our case we have to show fields to other users.
Secod way could be field level security but we have more then 300 fields.

Any other way or idea.
