Time Entry as non-chargable

Hello Folks,

I'm just confused with Time entry and Approvals in PSA.

We have one requirement here, when time entry is entered for fixed price project, when it's is moved to approvals, billing type should be non-chargable. When user updated the approval record to non-chargable and approve the entry, actulas are created as non-chargable item.

In-order to automate this process, we have plugin when a approval record is created for fixed price project, plugin will update billing type as non-chargable. when user approve the record which is updated by plugin, actulas are created as chargable one.
