Contracts from CRM Dynamics

Hi Guys,

Question on contracts from the Dynamics.

Our standard contract is pretty complicated in that alot of the text is not standard. Depending on what products have been sold to a customer the contract text will match that. This means I need to find a solution that will allow me to:

* Populate a contract depending on what fields have been populated at the opportunity level

* If fields are left blank than those fields are not mapped into the contract

* depending on the lines of text required on the contract, the word doc (contract) can add or remove lines of text

I have successfully managed to get our NDA agreement out of Dynamics using the word template tool. Because I only had to map the Account name and address, this was a relatively easy project to complete.

Now with the contract its alot tougher so I am looking down the route of buying an add on or app to help me achieve my goal.

Can any of you recommend a company or app that can help with the above and that links to CRM Dynamics. I have been looking at Webmerge which seems to have a good solution for Salesforce but not Dynamics.

Any suggestions would be a help, or perhaps one of your guys knows how to do this or have done something similar in the past.
