Exporting dynamic pivot table requires Javascript

Hi!

My users have issues exporting dynamic pivot tables from crm to excel.

The following error message appears:

I found a workaround for this issue that has been working for a while. The users has to do a few steps every time they export a dynamic pivot table.

However now the issue has escalated and i am not sure how to proceed. Now this error message appears:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 för Microsoft Office Outlook is installed. Perhaps wrong version?

Please help!
