Regarding document template

Hello Sir,

I have a requirement that generate Word template using on demand workflow in other related custom entity.

But whenever I run workflow it shows only place holders of custom entity instead of actual entity data.

But when I generate a manual word template then it shows all the fields with actual entity data.

I have tried all the possibilities , but I didn't get the solution.

please help .
