How to use Refresh From Dynamic 365 in Excell ?

Hi i just downloaded Excell from Advanced Find, and then i export it to Dynamic worksheet. I want to refresh my excell without downloading the excell again, so i followed the official documentation from microsoft it says i need to download microsoft dynamic 365 for outlook, After downloading and install it to my computer, There is new button in my excell which is Refresh From Dynamic 365, but instead login to my organization it did nothing, its not refresing my data its not even pop up login to my organization lik the documentation said. Can Anyone Help Me ? thanks
