Dynamics CRM Outlook APP - Contact Script Error

Hi,

We upgraded CRM v8.2 to 9.0 and getting script error in Contact Onload in Outlook app.

Please find attached file.

When i look in log file showing the below error message.

“ReferenceError: 'ClientUtility' is undefined

   at t.prototype.isUCI (Unknown script code:1:1270)

   at form_onload (Unknown script code:1:864)

Anybody have any idea on this issue?
