Social Media Integration

Hi All,

I have requirement for social media integration.PFB,

1.company's social profiles like facebook,Linkedin,twitter etc should be integrated with CRM online

2. Notification should be triggered if any comments/likes given.

Do let me know if any suggested links or detailed steps to achieve this.
