Error Code: -2147217151, Detail Message: A top-level entity has already been added to this query with alias ***********0 - top-level alias account0 cannot be added

We get this error in a migration process from SQLServer to Dynamics CRM 365

"Error Code: -2147217151, Detail Message: A top-level entity has already been added to this query with alias ***********0 - top-level alias account0 cannot be added"

The error  appears since yesterday. Before that, the process was running whithout any problem.

There is any new actualization over Dynamics CRM that can affect in our queries? Have someone got the same trouble?
