Problems with the Unified Service Desk Package Deploy-er on Dynamics 365

Hi,

we get some issues when trying to use the Package Deploy application, login and choosing the instance to Deploy the package works as expected. but when the installation should start we only get: "Status: Reading the Config file, Please wait.." and nothing more happens. I have left it over 40 minutes without success. Any ideas?
