Hi Folks,
I recently (just) applied the Dynamics CRM 2011 Roll Up 12 (much awaited.. multi browser support ) on all the applicable components (Server, DB, Router and Client)

On trying to load the Email Router Configuration manager I get the following pop up "The E-mail Router Configuration Manager was unable to read configuration information. Make sure no files in the current directory are locked, missing, or inaccessible. To try again, restart the E-mail Router Configuration Manager."
I tried the 'usuals', prior to posting this..
- restart service (successfully)
- reassign domain service account
- check the service account permission for the EncryptionKey.xml and Microsoft.Crm.Tools.EmailAgent.xml (this was working for RU 11).
Am I missing something here?
