Outlook Connector 2011 (5.0.9690.4376) not pulling data from CRM 2011 with Microsoft Outlook for Office 365 MSO (16.0.11126.20192) 64 bit

Hi,

We are using Microsoft Outlook for Office 365 MSO (16.0.11126.20192) 64 bit - Outlook Client. We need to pull data from CRM 2011, for this we have installed outlook connector for MS CRM 2011 (5.0.9690.4376). It is able to connect to the CRM and getting all the meta data successfully.

However, while trying to sync from CRM it is stuck and keeps on processing endlessly. I have checked the log and found the following:
